How Scheduling Works

We keep our booking personal and honest. No automated calendar conflicts or surprise double-bookings.

1. Pick a Date & Field

Use the scheduling calendar to choose an open date, select your field on the map, and pick a morning or afternoon slot. Then add your personal details, party size, bird type and amount, and any guide dog or service preferences.

2. Check In at the Clubhouse

Arrive on your scheduled date and time to the clubhouse to check in, pay for your birds, and sign the liability and safety waiver before heading out.

3. Head Out & Enjoy the Hunt

Head out to your field and enjoy the hunt while following the safety protocol reviewed at check-in.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Just call us at 920-477-0949 and let us know. Please note that cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of your reservation time.
